We are committed to your satisfaction with our products, so we have these policies in place to make sure you get exactly what you want. 

Returns

Anything you buy from us that is still in new condition and unopened can be returned within 30 days for a full refund, though you’ll have to pay the shipping cost to send it back. If the product is defective, then we’ll also refund the cost of you shipping it back to us.

Exchanges

If we send you the wrong product, or if the product is damaged/defective, we’ll exchange it with the right product quickly and with no additional cost.

Refunds

In the event of a refund, we’ll process it as quickly as possible. The timing will depend on how many days it takes for us to get the returned product from you, plus 3 - 5 days to process it, and then however many days it takes for the bank to process the refund. This whole process can be as long as 4 weeks to as few as 7 - 10 days, depending on the variables listed above.
