The Federal Trade Commission introduced the CAN-SPAM act lists out some very specific rules

an email from us, you will immediately know it’s Remedium Fields
- We won’t use deceptive subject lines. That means that if you choose to read one of our
emails, the content will be reflective of the subject line.
- We’ll let you know that emails from us our ads. For example, we’re not going to send
emails to you with subject lines that could be construed as a personal note.
- We’ll let you know where we’re located. This is pretty simple. Our physical address will
be at the bottom of each email we send you.
- We’ll tell you how to opt-out of receiving our emails. You’ll see a conspicuous
“unsubscribe” link in every email we send you, usually located at the bottom of the note.
- We’ll honor your opt-out requests ASAP. Your opt-out request will be processed as
quickly our email platform will allow, but definitely in less than the 10 business days
required by CAN-SPAM.

- We’ll monitor what others are doing on our behalf. For example, if we hire an external
agency to handle our email marketing, we will keep our eye on their performance to
make sure they maintain the standards demanded by CAN-SPAM.
